I’m a NW American based Native American freelance digital Artists (He/Him). Started drawing at a younger age but put it down for a long time then came back to it in a digital sense. I've been honing my skills for the past few years. I have an affinity for furry/anthro art and I prefer drawing such, but I dont mind exploring new areas/genre's to expand my skills if the interests has a strong enough pull :). I have a strong love of nature and I enjoy video games and music of all kinds. I’m a huge nerd when it comes down to it, however most folks that meet in irl wouldn't believe it unless they walked into my yote den (man cave). Board games and MTG are my jam, Pokemon is cool and I love Fantasy and Sci-fi.

The following rules apply for private & personal commissions. For any business inquires you can contact me at contact@knoton13.art.
Please don't even ask if I am going to draw anything on the following list. I'm not going to. If you are not sure or it's not on the list, lets talk about your idea and we will see what I can do for you!
I will draw original character(s) (only your owns, or if you have the owners permission) and/or fanart. However, I will not draw any body modifications, such as extra limbs or other modifications of that nature.
If I do so, please respect my decision. Don't get annoying or angry about it. Rude behavior isn't going to change my mind anyway.
As creator of the drawing, I reserve the rights to showcase all artworks I made on social media, my website, as merchandise and in other publications (digital and printed) as references. You can decide if I should mention you as a commissioner and also the original characters names/owners.
I may add my signature to all drawings and it is forbidden to remove, modify, hide or crop that signature.
I might use your drawing as reference for future artworks, but will not reuse your original characters without your permission.
I keep the copyright on the final drawing and all work-in-progresses. The rights on all used characters stay with their respective owners.
All payments have to be fulfilled as described under prices.
I request 50% of the agreed full-price in advance before starting with the sketch of your commission. I will provide you with one ore more work-in-progresses and you are free to ask for up to two major changes during this phase and all necessary minor changes.
Once we agree that the sketch is done, you have to pay the rest of the agreed payment before I continue with adding colors, shading, backgrounds and other details.
I will provide you with occassional work-in-progresses while working on that last step. Only minor changes are possible during this phase. Any major changes after finishing the sketch-phase will result in additional costs that must be paid upfront.
If you cancel your commission before I started working on the sketch, you get all your payment refunded.
A cancellation during the sketch phase and/or before starting the colorization phase will end up with refunding 50% of the full-price.
A cancellation after the sketch phase and before finishing the comission will be not refundable!
If we don't agree on a fix timeline for your commission, I will complete it within 180 days. If I don't finish your commission in time, you can give me a notice of default with a deadline to fulfill the commission within 4 more weeks. If that deadline also passes, you may request a cancellation and full refund, or we can agree on a discount if you want to keep/use the already finished work-in-progresses.
If I have to cancel your commission, acts of God excepted, you will get a full refund.
The commission will be fulfilled as soon as I send you the final artwork. No changes are possible at that point.
You get images saved in jpeg- or png-format, videos in mp4-format. You are not eligible to receive the working-files (e.g. psd, affinity) if not agreed on upfront. If provided via a cloud-service (Google-Drive, Onedrive, iCloud, …) to download, I reserve the right to remove those files after a timespan of 4 weeks. I'm not obliged to keep a copy of your commission, you are responsible to backup your copy on your own.
